About Me
Hi, my name is Alexander Bean, and I’m currently a second-year student at the University of Miami. Although I’m studying finance, my true passions lie in philosophy and religion. My recent conversion to Christianity was the culmination of a four-year search that began in my sophomore year of high school. Unlike most, I didn’t arrive at Christianity through a sudden revelation or a single life-altering event but rather through a methodical exploration of rational arguments. I’ve examined atheistic, agnostic, and theistic perspectives, ultimately concluding that an all-powerful God exists. At first, it seemed irrational, but as I delved deeper, God’s reality became increasingly evident. Comparing historical evidence and doctrines across major faiths led me to embrace Christianity. However, I continue to question, learn, and refine my beliefs, and I encourage you to do the same. I hope that you’ll be able to use my blog as the first stepping stone on your journey.
Why I started this blog
Many people, including me, have questions and a yearning to learn more, yet the resources available can be confusing and complex—especially for those who have never considered these questions before. This website is meant to serve as a starting point for anyone seeking evidence of God’s existence, particularly within the Christian context. When I first began exploring truth, I noticed that although numerous excellent resources existed—often by highly skilled philosophers and theologians—they could quickly overwhelm newcomers. My goal here is to publish easily digestible content so that curious thinkers can be introduced to arguments for God without getting lost in complexity.
